"We stayed here with our three kids over spring break, and the location is excellent—very close to restaurants and hiking spots. We checked in at 12 PM but weren’t able to access our room until 4 PM. When we finally got in, it didn’t seem ready: utensils were left out on the counter, the trash cans weren’t lined, and the space hadn’t been fully prepared. It was frustrating, especially since we were told the room was ready when it clearly wasn’t. That said, aside from the rocky start, the property itself is in a great location and offers excellent amenities."

Perhaps the most important notation is if you’re looking for a room with a view of the Sedona beauty this is probably not the place for you. There are very few rooms …maybe 35 out of the 400 rooms that actually have any view. "
